• Guestlist registration and table booking facilitation.
• Venue discovery and directory services.
• A platform for venue operators to list their establishments and events.

Balivent acts as an intermediary between guests and venues. We do not operate, own, or manage any of the venues listed on our platform.

3. Bookings & Guestlists

• Guestlist registrations and table bookings submitted through Balivent are requests forwarded to the relevant venue for confirmation.
• Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and venue approval.
• Balivent is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or disputes arising from bookings — these are the responsibility of the respective venue.
• Prices, minimum spends, dress codes, and age restrictions are set by individual venues and may change without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Balivent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering for guestlists or making bookings.
• Comply with the rules, policies, and applicable laws of each venue you visit.
• Not misuse the platform, attempt to submit fraudulent bookings, or interfere with the Service.
• Be of legal age to enter the venues and consume alcohol where applicable under Indonesian law.

5. Venue Listings

Venue operators who list on Balivent agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their venue and events.
• Honour guestlist registrations and table bookings confirmed through our platform.
• Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

Balivent reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Balivent — including logos, text, design, and code — is the property of Balivent or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Venue images and event artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Balivent provides the Service on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at any listed event or venue.
• Event details, dates, lineups, and pricing are subject to change by venues at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform links to and integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Google Maps. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. Balivent is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Balivent after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
